The Perks:
Total Flexibility: Choose from 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts mornings, evenings, or overnights. Schedules will be provided and posted, and you can choose your own availabilityTop Competitive Pay: TBD (Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit)Meaningful Work: Provide one-on-one care and build real relationships with clients.
What You’ll Do:
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): * Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. * Vital Signs: Monitor and document BP, pulse, and temperature accurately. Companionship: *Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful activities. * *Safety & Compliance: Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow all infection control protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Certification:Valid CNA license (for CNA roles) or PCA/Caregiver experience. CPR and First Aid - Current certification Liability Insurance: As an IC (Independent Contractor, you are not covered by an employer's insurance. You MUST carry your own Professional Liability Insurance to protect against claims of accidents or malpracticeBackground Check & FingerprintingDriver's License & Auto Insurance - IF your role inscudes transporting clients, you MUST provide a valid license, clean driving record and proof of auto. Negative TB Test: A standard health requirement in Georgia and most other states.Dependability:
A compassionate heart and a reliable professional attitude. Communication: Strong ability to report changes in client condition. Transport: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
